Bournemouth open to selling Antoine Semenyo amid Liverpool links

The Ghana international has been in impressive form for the Cherries this season, scoring six goals and providing three assists in 11 Premier League matches.

According to reports, Liverpool are considering an approach for the 25-year-old who has previously been linked with Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.

Club General Manager Tim Bezbatchenko has admitted that the coastal club would be willing to let go of their star man if the right offer comes.

"When a club like Real Madrid, Liverpool, PSG come in and they're competing for Champions League positions, who are we to say, 'No, you can't go, you can't fulfil your dream,'" said Bezbatchenko to the Business of Sport podcast.

"But there is an opportunity, and everybody wins, right? I think that's what we're trying to find, this commonality where everybody can win."

The club already showed its willingness to sell star players with Dominic Solanke [Tottenham Hotspur], Milo Kerkez [Liverpool] and Dean Huijsen [Real Madrid] all being allowed to seek greener pastures from bigger teams in recent transfer windows.

Semenyo is set to feature for his national team when they face South Korea in an international friendly at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on Tuesday before heading back to England to prepare for Bournemouth's league clash against West Ham United on Saturday.
