Wolfsburg have had a relatively disappointing season in the Bundesliga so far this year with just two wins from 10 games to find themselves in 14th place and in a mid-table scrap.
That being said, Daghim's performances for his adopted club have been one of the few positives the side has been able to celebrate and the young Danish winger is hoping the club triggers the purchase option that is attached to his loan deal from RB Salzburg.
“Of course, it would be nice if it got triggered, but we’ll have to wait and see,” Daghim told Campo.dk.
“I’m not thinking that far ahead right now. I’m focused on what we need to improve in the coming games and how we can build a good run of form.
“Winning is fun, losing isn’t. But there’s not much you can do other than get stuck in and work hard.
Wolfsburg return to league action on 22 November after the international break, while Daghim is in line to feature for Denmark in their crucial World Cup qualifier against Scotland on Tuesday, 18 November.
