The match, set to be played at the Allianz Arena in Munich, brings together two sides with contrasting journeys. Inter Milan return to the final for the second time in three years under coach Simone Inzaghi, having edged out Barcelona in a pulsating semi-final tie. Both legs ended 3-3, but Inter triumphed in extra time at San Siro, showing their grit under pressure.
Paris Saint-Germain, meanwhile, have a far less familiar look than the team that last reached the final. With only a handful of players remaining from that campaign, PSG will rely on fresh legs and renewed ambition to overcome a more settled Inter side.
"It was just incredible and on Saturday it will be an interesting challenge," Iniesta told Sky Sport Italia.
"Both Simone Inzaghi and Luis Enrique are credible in the eyes of their players, they are doing a special job at their clubs. I am happy for Luis Enrique, because I loved him as a player first and then as a coach. He is such a hard worker, who really focuses on the details.
"It is a magical moment, the final step in a long journey, so you must experience it as a dream, with joy. It is a great opportunity, but at the same time a great responsibility. It is unique to participate in matches like this.
"There is a lot of quality on both teams, midfielders who know how to control the tempo. Mentality will be fundamental in the decisive moments. I think it will be a wonderful Champions League Final."
Iniesta's comments underscore the importance of composure on such a grand stage, and few players know more about winning finals than the 2010 World Cup winner.
